Small desk, serious work
Consultants at Cirrus own their clients for years. You will know their children's names, their seat preferences and which hotel in Delhi they refuse to stay in again. That relationship is the job, and we protect it: no scripts, no call queues, no targets for upsells.
In return we expect judgement, calm under pressure, and a genuine liking for the people you look after.
Two familiarisation trips a year, anywhere we send clients. You cannot recommend a hotel you haven't slept in.
Travel allowance
Night desk rotates fortnightly and pays a premium. Nobody does more than four nights in a row.
