Cirrus began as a two-person desk in Ludhiana's Model Town answering calls at 3am for exporters stuck in Frankfurt. It is now a forty-person travel management company, still answering at 3am.
Travel, the way India actually travels
Most travel tools were designed for a solo executive flying point to point. India doesn't travel like that. We travel with parents and in-laws, we change plans on the morning of departure, we need a train when the fog grounds the flight, and we need an invoice our accountant will accept.
Cirrus was built around those realities. Every consultant on our desk has at least five years in the industry, most have ten, and each client is looked after by the same two people for years, not routed to whoever is free.
We are independent, privately held, and IATA accredited. We negotiate directly with airlines and hotels, and we pass those rates through at cost. Our fee is the only thing we earn.

Discretion
Where you go, who you travel with and what you spend is nobody's business but yours. We don't advertise clients, and we don't keep documents longer than we must.
Anticipation
The best support is the message you receive before you knew you needed it. We watch the weather, the airline, the visa portal and the calendar so you don't have to.
Accountability
One consultant owns your trip from first call to final invoice. If something goes wrong, you know exactly who is fixing it, and so do we.
Warmth
We are a Ludhiana company. A good trip should feel like a relative arranged it, one who happens to know every airline's rebooking desk by first name.
